The Product

An app for everyone around one person.
A dashboard for the whole organization.

Family, support workers and specialists work from the same living picture in the app. Coordinators group people, send announcements, take attendance and pull records from the dashboard. No servers, no migration, no training week.

Live on iOS and Android. Free forever for families.

The app

Everyone around one person

A parent, a support worker, a respite caregiver, a therapist, a teacher. Same profile, same log, different permissions. Free for families, on iOS and Android.

The dashboard

The organization running programs

Groups, announcements, attendance, reminders, intake upload, and records you can filter and export when a funder asks. Web only, no app to install.

What It Is Actually For

The room adapts to them,
not the other way around

A non-speaking person spends their life being asked to fit into rooms that do not know them. MORO writes down how this person works, so the next room already knows.

The MORO dictionary of cues and what they mean

A living profile for every person

Cues, routines, triggers and how someone communicates. Written once by the people who know them best, and read by family, staff and specialists alike.

So that anybody new, paid or not, knows the person and not just the schedule.

Try It

One tap. Everyone who needs to know, knows.

Mark the task complete and watch where it lands.

Two rows worth noticing. In-app reads are tracked out of the box. Texts and emails go out the same way, and if you want a YES or NO back from those, that is an add-on we set up with you. The last row is what a manager sees: the number moves on its own, because the record and the metric are the same thing.

What the organization runs from the web

The part your coordinators live in. No app required, nothing to install.

The MORO dashboard overview screen
The morning view. Who is in the building, how today's tasks are tracking, incidents waiting on a decision, and what has just been logged.
Groups

Group people the way your programs actually run

Morning program, afternoon program, a classroom, a one-off outing. Put the right staff and participants in a group, then assign tasks to all of them at once.

Afternoon Program9 participants · 4 staff

Group task · Community outing, ThursdayAssigned to all 4 staff. Checklist applies to every participant in the group.

So that setting up a week takes one action, not thirteen.

Announcements

One message, three ways, in one send

A closure, a weather alert, a schedule change. Write it once, and every family gets it on whichever channels they chose, one or several.

Announcement · 6:41 a.m.

Program closed today due to the storm. Normal hours resume tomorrow.

Want a YES or NO back from every family?Text and email acknowledgment can be integrated for your organization: replies through a dedicated number, opens and replies pulled from the CRM you already use. Contact us for detail.

So that a closure costs one send instead of an afternoon on the phone.

Attendance

Attendance taken where the day is already recorded

In, out or late, marked against the same profiles your team logs into. It lands in the record, not on a sheet somebody reconciles later.

Reminders & Records

Reminders that fire on their own, records that are already written

Tasks that are due or overdue chase themselves, so following up stops being a supervisor's memory job. Every log, incident and summary filters by person, type or date, then exports.

Auto reminder sent2:15 p.m.
لم تُسجَّل ورشة المهارات الحياتيةSent to the 2 staff on shift. Cleared at 2:22 p.m.

So that the follow-up happens whether or not anyone remembered to chase it.

Intake & Documents

Upload the binder once, through the dashboard

Intake forms, consents and reports attach to the person's profile, so day one starts with real information rather than an empty shell.

So that day one starts full, not empty.

Why A Pilot, Not A Download

We do the setup. You do not.

The reason MORO starts as a pilot rather than a sign-up link is that we come in and get you ready.

1

Training, in 30 to 40 minutes

That is the whole session. Your staff already know how to use a phone, so there is nothing to teach beyond where things live.

2

We convert your paperwork

Hand us the intake forms, the paper journals, the communication logs. We turn them into ready profiles for the person, the family and the staff who support them.

3

Day one starts full

Your team opens the app to real profiles with real history in them, instead of spending weeks onboarding into an empty system.

This is what a four-week pilot buys you that a free trial cannot. Nothing to migrate, no IT project, and the setup work is ours.
Over Time

Not a logbook. A user manual for one person.

Where MORO Sits

We are not in the billing business

If you already run scheduling, invoicing or charting somewhere, keep it. These are two different layers and you probably need both.

Practice management and systems of record

Built for the back office

  • Booking and scheduling
  • Invoicing, billing and claims
  • Clinical charting and assessments
  • Payroll, HR and compliance reporting
  • Built to satisfy an auditor
MORO

Built for the ten seconds after something happens

  • The shared profile a new staff member reads first
  • One-tap logging in the moment
  • A daily summary that writes itself
  • Shift handoff, groups and announcements
  • The family side, free, and portable
MORO does not do billing, claims, scheduling, payroll or clinical charting, and is not trying to. Not an EHR, not a practice management system. Nothing to migrate and nothing to replace, which is why a pilot can start on a Monday.
Underneath Both

One log for the whole team

Progress notes, incidents, announcements and daily summaries in a single searchable, tagged timeline. Whatever happens in the app or on the dashboard lands here.

So that "did anyone write that down?" always has the same answer: yes, and here it is.
